My coaching is for young people, seasoned professionals and everyone in between. It’s for everyone who cares deeply about their impact at work.
I coach from a core belief that work should be good for us, and that the quality of our lives depend on the quality of our internal dialogues, often related to work. Welcome to my personal effectiveness space where I help you change your relationship with work and how you get work done.
Some of the areas we’ll gently explore (no neuro-science lectures) are your automatic behaviours, patterns you have fallen into, executive functions, unique strengths, and hidden blockers.
From here, I’ll help you design the conditions that will set you up for success.
The people manager pathway is for you if you want to develop your capability to lead others.
And if you’re here for career or employability coaching, you’ll learn how to best position yourself on the job market. You’ll increase your chances of getting hired for a role that fits.

ABOUT ME

Before training as an Executive Coach, I built a successful and fulfilling career at Skanska UK, most recently at leadership level.
My experience spans Recruitment, Learning & Development, and leading the Emerging Talent function.
During my 12 years at Skanska, I earned four promotions and worked closely with leaders across the business.
The process of recruiting more than 2,000 professionals gave me a front row seat to how leaders choose who to hire, develop, and promote.
With plenty of mistakes along the way, I’ve lived through the spectrum of workplace challenges - the people puzzles, the career twists, the self-doubts and the wins that make it all worthwhile.

For personal effectiveness, I use Cognitive Behaviour Coaching approach to help you understand how your thoughts and feelings shape your behaviours. Together, we’ll design more helpful thinking patterns to change how you work or show up.
Strengths Based Coaching
In the words of Warren Buffett:

Executive Functioning
These are a set of mental processes that inform how we get work done. I help clients understand and find ways to master 8 executive functioning areas: Planning & Prioritisation; Task initiation; Organisation; Self-monitoring; Working Memory; Impulse Control; and Emotional Regulation.
I also use somatic techniques and visualisations where useful, typically around decision making and goal setting.

My services are for all levels of seniority, not just top talent or executive leaders.
It’s my ambition to make coaching accessible to as many professionals as possible, especially to those from low-support backgrounds.

I hold a Certificate in Neurodivergent Inclusive Coaching (ICF accredited) and I have experience supporting professionals with attention and emotional challenges, typical for ADHD.
